Welcome to Earthy

Earthy is a local food market, online store and home delivery service. We sell and deliver a wide range of fairly-traded, local, seasonal and organic produce in and around Edinburgh.

We set up Earthy because we want to celebrate great tasting food and the dedicated people who produce it. Whether it's a small farm 20 miles down the road rearing delicious organic beef, or a co-operative in Spain bottling its own rich, distinctive olive oil, we think it's worth making a bit of a song and dance about the best quality produce we can find.

If you love your food too, then pop into the Earthy Food Market at 33-41 Ratcliffe Terrace in Edinburgh and experience it first hand. We’re open 7 days a week: Monday through to Saturday, 9am - 7.30pm; and Sundays 10am - 5pm. We have a customer car park and friendly, knowledgeable staff are waiting to help you.

Update - Monday, 12th May 2008

Our first Sunday Brunch tasting event on Sunday 11th May went down a storm and attracted several hundred food enthusiasts - a big thanks to all those who made it along, and of course to our producers who took the time out from hectic schedules to participate and make the day so special. We're now planning more of these special Sunday events, so keep checking our News & Events section to find out more.

Finally, a big thanks to Jon, Les, Jack, Iona & Daisy for the lovely wee earthy cakes they dropped off. A lovely opening pressie and much appreciated.
