At Earthy, we believe in telling people what we stand for - the ethics that underpin our business. These are the things that bind us together; make us who we are; and why the people who work for, and run Earthy, are a little bit different from the norm.

We're ethical.

We believe in 'doing the right thing' so we can sleep soundly at night. We respect people and nature in equal measure. We're open, honest people who want to make a decent living by doing something we all believe in.

We're approachable.

We like to work with others. We're community-spirited and believe in the power of sharing. That's why we work so closely with our producers and suppliers - and why we're always keen to become involved in helping the community in which we're based.

We're responsible.

We take our responsibilities seriously. That's why we test every product we sell and make sure it meets our strict purchasing policy. This means that customers can feel safe in the knowledge that what they buy from us will be fairly-traded and kinder to the environment.

We're trustworthy.

We believe in being accountable for every aspect of our business. We're reliable and dependable. Of course there are ocassions when we get it wrong and mistakes happen - we're only human after all. But we're also mature enough to admit our mistakes when we make them and try our level best to put things right. By behaving this way, we hope to build strong, trusted relationships with everyone we meet.

We're hardworking.

We've a thirst for knowledge and a keen eye for detail. We work hard because we believe in what we do for a living. We have drive, experience and skills on our side. Together, we all dig-in.

We're young-at-heart.

We love to challenge established ways of doing things, so our eyes and ears are always open to new ideas. When you meet us, you'll find positive people with a good sense of humour and we're always keen to learn new things from others.
