Humphrey Errington - Artisan Cheesemaker
Humphrey Errington is an artisan cheesemaker based in Carnwrath in Lanarkshire. He has been making fine cheeses from unpasteurised sheep's and cow's milk since the 1980s. Try his excellent Lanark Blue - a sheep's milk cheese - or the equally good Dunsyre Blue - a cow's milk cheese.
