Patricia Stephen

As well as being a Director of Earthy, Patricia is owner of Phantassie Foods - an organic farm based in East Linton, East Lothian. Regulars at Haddington and Edinburgh Farmers Markets will no doubt have seen her at the Phantassie stall, selling her organic fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs and eggs.
